Stacey Grifman is an American-trained physical therapist and an English-trained osteopath. She has 35 years experience working with adults, children and infants.
Her extensive experience and education have given Stacey an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology. This, along with her unique combination of physical therapy and osteopathy, informs her treatment of acute conditions as well as the aches and pains that limit people on a day-to-day basis. Her technique combines precision and gentleness; she engages the body's self-healing mechanism to harness its natural ability to overcome pain and dysfunction.
In addition to osteopathic table work, Stacey offers online sessions for patients with simple and complex trauma. Using her medical understanding of complex neurological pathways and her skill in Somatic Experience (SE) she has been able to help her patients with the physical challenges that trauma can cause.
Stacey also helps helps individuals and groups with problems that arise from spending long hours at their desks and on computers.
Stacey offers services online as well as in person.
